Due to overwhelming interest, Pearland ISD has made the decision to limit GT Academy enrollment beginning with the incoming 5th grade class for the 2024-2025 academic year. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain the quality of our educational programs. Thank you for your continued support.

The GT Academy Interest Form is available in Skyward for 5th-7th grade students identified gifted in Pearland ISD.

The deadline to submit the GT Academy Interest Form is February 1, 2024.

State Goal for G/T Students

Students who participate in services designed for gifted students will demonstrate skills in self-directed learning, thinking, research and communication as evidenced by the development of innovative products and performances that reflect individuality and creativity and are advanced in relation to students of similar age, experience or environment.

(Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented Students)
